Acrylic Signs: 10-12 Business Days
Custom Orders: 4-6 Weeks (if needed earlier than this, an express production fee will be incurred).
Please note: Business days do not include weekends. Express Shipping does not speed up production times.

Colours
Please note that colours displayed on various screens and devices may differ from the final printed wall decal. Factors such as screen resolution, brightness settings, and color calibration can affect how colours appear. We strive to ensure accurate colour representation in our designs; however, we recommend ordering a sample if colour accuracy is critical to your project. This will allow you to see the true colours of the decal in person before making your final decision

Do you do Disney and Marvel decals?
Due to licencing, unfortunately we do not offer any Disney or Marvel characters.
Are the decals removable/will they take the paint off?
Our decals are crafted from a specially formulated material using a water-based adhesive, ensuring easy removal from walls without causing damage.
It is essential to ensure that your paint is not old and already flaking – please follow the recommended wall preparation steps provided to avoid any unwanted marks when removing your decals.
What surfaces can I put the decals on?
Our decals sit on a variety of textured walls. Please do keep in mind that the decal will absorb the texture of the wall and you will be able to see the texture through the decals.

If you have wash and wear paint (teflon) please email us before ordering as we have a teflon friendly product that we can offer you.

Do you offer custom wall decals?
Yes. If you have a high res image that you would like printed onto a decal, you can order that here.

Please note that custom designs are charged at $80 per hour for painting & design (+ cost of material).

How long do the decals last/Will the decal lose it's stick?
Our decals are made to last for years. In saying this, if decals are constantly being taken off the wall, dropped on the floor and accumulate dust, grime and lint, this will shorten the lifespan of the decal.
If I leave the decals on for 12 months, can I still remove them?
Yes. You can leave your decals on for long periods of time and move them with ease.
How can I reuse the wall decals?
To preserve the quality of your decals, we advise storing them on the supplied wax paper inside the shipping tube to prevent dust and lint accumulation, which can compromise the adhesive.
When you're ready to relocate the decals, gently peel them off the wall and place them onto the wax paper. Roll them up and return them to the tube for safe transport to their new location.
