Help! I have made a mistake on my order
If you have put your order in but have realised that you may have not included a piece of information or you would like to add an extra item, please do get in touch as quickly as possible!
If your order has not yet been shipped:
We can assist with changing your details or adding an extra item with no additional shipping costs.
If your order has already been shipped:
Unfortunately, changes are out of our control at this point and you will need to contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.
